For more than a decade my firm of Neil Risk Solicitor has been providing high quality legal services in Shetland.  The Firm has been operating from premises at the North Ness Business Park since April 2002.

The North Ness Business Park is a vital part of the regeneration and development which is currently taking place along Lerwick’s waterfront, turning the area into the commercial and cultural hub of the town.  The area includes the Shetland Museum and Archives, the Highlands and Islands Enterprise offices and other businesses including chartered surveyors, architects, salmon farming producers and a television production company. 

My offices are situated on the ground floor of Nordhus, which is the first building on the left as you enter the North Ness Business Park.  The building was designed by Peter Bardell, Consulting Engineers, and offers modern and comfortable office space specifically suited to each firm.  Currently situated in Nordhus along with myself are Peter Bardell, Consulting Engineers and Nordhus Surveys; Allans, Defence Solicitor; and Shetland Independent Financial Services. 

The office is equipped to provide easy, safe access for anyone with mobility problems.  There is a disabled parking space to the right of the building, a short distance from the front door.

To find my office turn off Commercial Road at the roundabout next to the Viking Bus Station, following the sign for the North Ness Business Park or Shetland Museum and Archives.  Continue down the road following the curve to the right.  Nordhus is the first blue building on the left.  My offices are found on the ground floor and are immediately in front of you as you enter the building.
